Hi, my name is Gabriela!

Being a very tall and slim child, with no curves, I never felt confident or happy with how I looked. This had me to step to a gym for the first time and I immediately fell in love with the environment.

However, it took me years of struggle and disappointment of not seeing results I was after, until I finally educated myself in the right direction and started applying this knowledge not only to myself, but to my clients as well, which has led them to get amazing results, and changing their lives!

I teach you how your body works, your requirements and what adaptations need to be made in order to get you your dream physique, all through evidence-based knowledge. You won’t come across with any myths or misleading information in my programs!
